With more than 22 years of customer service, account management, operational and leadership experience, Samantha brings her customer centric focus to the practice. Guiding the clients through the operational, system and day-to-day questions, she can provide sympathy and understanding while tailoring to the client’s needs.
As a former VP of Client Services, responsible for multiple global clients, while leading an office of 30+ individuals, she understands firsthand what it takes to ensure excellent customer service. Working in coordination with the attorney to streamline processes and systems and ensure empathetic and effective communication, all from the client’s point of view is her primary goal.
Her education with a Bachelor’s Degree from Simpson College in Iowa in German and International Relations, coupled with her 22 years of business experience led her to take the next step in her career. It was a dream to be able to work with her husband hand in hand, providing additional business insight and expertise to the practice. She joined Hilltop Law Firm in January of 2021. While working in the mobility industry she has collected multiple certifications including; Certified Relocation Professional, Global Mobility Specialist Certification and Talent Certification in the mobility industry. She is also currently working to obtain her Arizona Real Estate License and Appraisal Certification.
She speaks German fluently and enjoys kayaking, hiking, fishing and traveling with her husband.
